Delivery

We deliver with a transport company of our choice to Germany, within the EU and to non-EU countries.

If you pay in advance, delivery will be made within 2-3 days (Germany) or 3-6 days (EU) at the latest after your payment order to the transferring bank.

If other payment methods are used, delivery will be made within 1-2 days (Germany) or 2-4 days (EU) after conclusion of the contract at the latest.

The delivery time abroad is 6-10 days regardless of the payment method.

Shipping costs

There are no packaging costs. The shipping costs are: 4,90 Euro

From a value of goods of 85 € we deliver free of shipping costs within Germany.

From a value of goods of 100 € we deliver free of charge to the following EU countries: France, Belgium, Denmark, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Czech Republic, Italy, Spain.

Up to a value of 84.99 € or 99.99 € the shipping costs are as follows

Shipping to the USA is carried out by DHL Express. Important: When shipping to non-EU countries, additional customs and import fees may apply.

International shipping

For cross-border deliveries outside the European Community (e.g. to Switzerland), additional costs may be incurred, such as additional taxes and/or duties, e.g. in the form of customs duties, depending on the legal regulations applicable there. These costs are not additional shipping costs and are therefore to be borne by you. Before placing an order abroad, please contact the relevant customs authorities in the country of delivery.

Means of payment

We accept the following payment methods (means of payment):

• Prepayment by bank transfer

Transfer the invoice amount for your order to the bank account provided by us.

• PayPal

Pay conveniently with your bank details stored with PayPal. After clicking on the order button to complete your order, you will be redirected to the PayPal page. Log in there with your e-mail address and password. After successful payment, you will be redirected back to our store within a few seconds.
