Delivery
We ship with a carrier of our choice to Germany, countries within the EU and countries outside the EU.
Delivery takes place within 1-2 working days. For payments made by advance bank transfer, delivery will take place no later than 2-3 days (Germany) or 3-6 days (EU) after you have instructed your bank to make the payment.
For all other payment methods, delivery will take place no later than 1-2 days (Germany) or 2-4 days (EU) after the contract has been concluded.
For deliveries abroad, the delivery time is 6-10 days, regardless of the payment method.

Failed Delivery, Refusal of Delivery and Failure to Collect
If a shipment cannot be delivered for reasons attributable to the customer, the customer is responsible for any additional costs incurred. This applies in particular to incomplete or incorrect delivery addresses, failure to collect a shipment within the specified collection period from a post office, parcel locker, parcel box or similar collection point, and refusal to accept delivery.
If the shipment is returned to us in any of these cases, we reserve the right to charge the customer the actual return shipping costs and any other additional expenses resulting from the failed delivery. If the goods are to be shipped again, additional shipping costs may also apply.
The customer's statutory rights, including any applicable right of withdrawal, remain unaffected.
International Shipping
For cross-border deliveries to countries outside the European Community (e.g. Switzerland), additional costs may apply depending on local legal regulations, such as additional taxes and/or charges, including customs duties. These charges are not part of our shipping costs and must be paid by you. Before placing an international order, please contact the relevant customs authorities in the destination country for further information.
Deliveries to countries outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs duties and other fees. These costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping charges. If the customer refuses to accept the shipment or fails to pay the applicable import duties, taxes, customs duties or fees, resulting in the shipment being returned to us, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs and any other additional expenses, insofar as the customer is responsible for the return.
The customer's statutory rights, including any applicable right of withdrawal, remain unaffected.
