Delivery
We deliver with a transport company of our choice to Germany, within the EU and to non-EU countries.
Delivery takes place within 1–2 working days. In the case of payment in advance, delivery takes place no later than within 2–3 days (Germany) or 3–6 days (EU) after your payment order has been issued to the transferring credit institution.
When using other payment methods, delivery takes place no later than within 1–2 days (Germany) or 2–4 days (EU) after conclusion of the contract.
For deliveries abroad, the delivery time is 6–10 days, regardless of the payment method.
Shipping costs
There are no packaging costs. The shipping costs are: 5.90 Euro
From an order value of 85 €, we deliver free of shipping costs within Germany.
From an order value of 100 €, we deliver free of shipping costs to the following EU countries: France, Belgium, Denmark, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Czech Republic, Italy, Spain.
Up to an order value of 84.99 € or 99.99 €, the shipping costs are:

Shipping to the USA is carried out with DHL Express. Important: When shipping to non-EU countries, additional customs and import fees may apply.

Non-deliverability, refusal of acceptance and non-collection
If a shipment cannot be delivered for reasons for which the customer is responsible, the customer shall bear the additional costs arising as a result. This applies in particular in the case of an incomplete or incorrect delivery address, non-collection of the shipment within the storage period at a branch, parcel station, parcel box or comparable collection point, as well as in the case of refusal of acceptance.
If the shipment is returned to us in these cases, we reserve the right to charge the customer for the return shipping costs actually incurred as well as any further additional costs caused by the non-deliverability. If the goods are to be shipped again, additional shipping costs may also apply.
The customer’s statutory rights, in particular any existing right of withdrawal, remain unaffected.
International shipping
In the case of cross-border deliveries outside the European Community, for example to Switzerland, additional costs may arise depending on the applicable legal provisions there, such as further taxes and/or duties, for example in the form of customs duties. These costs are not additional shipping costs and must therefore be borne by you. Before placing an international order, please inform yourself with the competent customs authorities of the destination country of the delivery.
For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, import duties, taxes, customs duties and other fees may apply. These costs must be borne by the customer and are not part of our shipping costs. If the customer refuses to accept the shipment or fails to pay such import duties, taxes, customs duties or fees, so that the shipment is returned to us, the customer shall bear the resulting return shipping costs and other additional costs, insofar as the customer is responsible for the return shipment.
The customer’s statutory rights, in particular any existing right of withdrawal, remain unaffected.

Payment in advance by bank transfer
Transfer the invoice amount for your order to the bank account provided to you by us.
PayPal
Pay conveniently using the bank details stored with PayPal. After clicking the order button that completes the order, you will be redirected to the PayPal page. Log in there with your email address and password. After successful payment, you will be redirected back to our shop within a few seconds.
