Who is the Nordlinger DY best suited to?

The Nordlinger DY is a relatively hard blade for attacking players who value high speed, exceptionally precise ball contact and minimal vibration.

How do the Nordlinger DY and AC compare?

Nordlinger DY is the faster, firmer of the two blades. Its hard wenge outer veneer provides very precise contact. The synthetic fibre layer is less flexible than in Nordlinger AC, helping to keep vibration particularly low.

Von Geschwindigkeit zur Kontrolle

Der Wechsel von Butterfly (Holz + Belag) zu Nitraku (Holz + Belag) ist schon gewöhnungsdürftig ! Der große Vorteil für mich und meine langsam gewordenen Reflexe liegt in der besseren Ballkontolle beim Blocken. Auch verzeiht meine neu gewählte Kombination leichte Annahmefehler bei einem unterschnittenen Ball, weil (vor allem der 1,8mm Belag) der Ball nicht mehr so stark abrutscht, wie der Butterfly ! Ich muss mich noch daran gewöhnen !! LG Walter

Nothing special about it. I was looking for a super fast blade and rubbers. Nittaku recommended me Hammond z2 on Nordlinger DY, but very disappointed as it had not much speed.
